NB: At this time, military members can clear-in and clear-out at the North Side office (10-16 Regalbuto Ave.) or South Side Community Centre (1578 Wolfe Ave.) or virtually online and NOT at the Family Wellness Centre.

Deployment SupportDeployment is defined by the PMFRC as any time a CAF member is away for an extended period of time including courses, field exercises, IR and overseas deployments.

Employment ServiceEmployment Service can support your job search with free and confidential service.

Mental Health SupportThe PMFRC provides support and counselling for adults, children and youth and couples of Military families.

Second Language TrainingAccess tools and resources to increase your second language skills.

Support for Families with Special NeedsAcess to programming for family members with special needs, including adults, children or parents.

Veteran Family ProgramWhen a CAF member makes the transition from active service to Veteran status, their family does too.

At-School Before and After CareThe Before and After School (BAS Program) offers before and after care within local schools.

Emergency Child CareThis program facilitates short-term emergency care in times of a CAF work-related separation and/or emergency.

Kiddie Kollege Nursery SchoolKiddie Kollege offers morning and afternoon sessions to Military and civilian children aged two-and-a-half to five years of age.

Lil' Troopers Day CareLil' Troopers North is located on base and serves Military families, DND and PSP employees (workplace daycare). Lil' Troopers South is open to both Military and civilian families.

North Side Child CareOccasional child care for non-work related reasons.

Play Troop / EarlyONPMFRC’s play group enables parents, grandparents, care providers with children ages 0-6 to interact and enjoy engaging activities together.

Private Home Day CarePrivate Home Day Care matches suitable caregivers with children in need of daily care while their parents are at work.

Specialized Care ProgramTemporary child care for families in which both parents are working.
