National PSP Training Centre

All fitness training and testing are developed and run by the National Personnel Support Programs (PSP) Training Centre on behalf of the Canadian Defence Academy. Fitness education programs and qualifications are updated regularly and tailored to meet the needs of Canadian Armed Forces members.
