If I encounter issues, how do I request help?
Unit and Local Access: If you need help using the reservations system (e.g. searching for participants), contact your Local Administrator.
Local Admin: If the system is not working as expected, contact CFMWS IT Helpdesk using [email protected].
Why can I only schedule FORCE evaluations?
Only the FORCE evaluation is available during this trial stage - additional evaluations will be added in the near future.
What if I can't find someone?
Contact your local fitness coordinator to add someone from outside of (or missing from) your department.
How do I restrict an event to a specific department?
When creating an event, select Reg, Res or All and then click the Dept (UIC) link to choose the required department(s).
How do I create a series of evaluation sessions?
For now, the best way is to use the drop-down menu on the event creation page and click on Recurring Assessment Sessions. Participants will then need to be added to each individual assessment session separately.
How do I ensure 1 event is fully booked before opening the next event?
Currently the best option would be to reduce the capacity of the next event until prior events are near full.
