The Pre-Basic Military Training (PRE-BMT) Fitness Training Program aims to establish a minimum level of physical fitness needed to optimize performance and reduce the injury risk during BMQ.

Educational videos are included in the program to develop your knowledge of exercises, as well as tips on injury prevention and well-being. Lastly, this Fitness Training Program will allow you to develop a sense of control over your course preparation, your commitment to the training process, your embrace of challenges and your confidence in achieving your goals.
