Community & Partnership Initiatives

This section highlights programs and organizations that collaborate to strengthen the Military Family community. These initiatives focus on building connections, fostering partnerships, and creating opportunities through shared advocacy and engagement. By working together, these efforts help empower military families and enhance access to resources and support.

  • Military Transition Engagement & Partnerships (MTEP)
MTEP is a team within the Canadian Armed Forces Transition Group (CAF TG) that engages and collaborates with external organizations to promote synergy within the Military-Veteran-Family (MVF)-empowerment ecosystem. We liaise with external organizations of all types, sizes and sectors who champion for the MVF community.
