PMFRC Clear In / Clear Out Instructions

Welcome to Petawawa.

Newly-posted CAF Members have the option of doing their clear in in-person or online.

CAF family members can register with the PMFRC at any time. Complete the forms when you are first posted to Petawawa OR the first time you contact the PMFRC to access services.

To clear in in-person, visit the South Side Community Centre (1578 Wolfe Ave.)
To clear in online, please download, complete and sign the PMFRC Clear In form and email it to Information@PetawawaMFRC.com.

CAF Members posting in to a CANSOFCOM unit must clear in with Military Family Services, please contact communityintegration@mfspetawawa.com or 613-506-2781 for additional information. You do not need to clear in with the PMFRC.

Clear Out of the PMFRC

Members who are posted out, also have the option of completing the clear out process in-person or online.

Please note that members of CANSOFCOM must clear out with the PMFRC if they or their family members are accessing PMFRC programs and services (including child care) if their family is leaving the area.
