Licensed Private Home Daycare Providers

Would you like to become a licensed private home day care provider (PHDC) with the PMFRC and take part in the new Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC) system? The PMFRC handles billing and invoicing so PHDCs always get paid on time!

Emergency Child Care Providers are scheduled for on call shifts and receive a guaranteed honorarium. Payment is calculated per placement and number of children, and placements vary per month.
Recruitment is ongoing, applications are accepted anytime.
