If you plan to borrow clubs from Sport Stores, please indicate if you play Left or Right handed and if you prefer a men's or women's set.

Equipment Pickup Date & Time

Please provide two (2) days and times that would work for you for equipment pickup. Sport Stores is available to distribute equipment Mon - Fri 10am - 4pm. Jude will contact you to confirm any information and a pickup time. Equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited sets of PSP-owned clubs are available for free rental at the Pro-Shop as well.
