FORCE Evaluations

Need assistance in preparing for your next force evaluation?

Join PSP weekly in the gymnasium on Mondays and Wednesdays from 1430-1530 for FORCE FOUNDATIONS classes! Designed to improve strength and endurance, these sessions are great for individuals returning from an injury or those who are looking for additional guidance to excel. Actively serving military can drop in on this circuit style, high intensity class focused on test components to prepare for their next FORCE Evaluation.

    Adam is a Comox Valley local and enjoys long runs on roads, trails, or mountains. Adam holds a Masters in Business Administration along with his Bachelor’s degree in Science & Physical Education with a concentration in Outdoor Recreation, and has coaching experience at a University level. When he isn’t training, Adam gets involved in sports, races, and enjoys the island life with family, friends, and his dog Maple.

    Adrienne is the Reconditioning Specialist for 19 Wing Comox. She has worked with PSP since 2016 and joined the Comox team in 2020, coming from CFB Edmonton.

    As a CSEP Clinical Exercise Physiologist with a High-Performance Specialization and 200hr Yoga Teacher Certification, Adrienne enjoys working with people to help them feel their best. More recently, she has completed training in Pre & Postnatal fitness and Meditation/Mindfulness. Adrienne has years of experience helping people to learn to swim or refine their aquatic skills towards occupational goals. No matter if training is in the gym, on a yoga mat or in the pool, she is down to help you with your goals!

    In her spare time, Adrienne loves to explore the island, crochet, travel and spend time on her yoga mat.

    Meet Blair! He is the longest standing member of the FSI team at 19 Wing. You will find him helping people perfect their Olympic lifting form and to get the most out of functional exercises. Blair has a Kinesiology degree and is a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer. To learn to lift, elevate your training, or kick up the intensity, Blair’s attention to detail will set you up for success. Blair spends his free time skiing, trail running, and biking, or on the ice for some hockey.

    Rowen is the newest member of our Fitness & Sports Instructor team. She holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree with a major in Sport Performance, and is also a CSEP Clinical Exercise Physiologist. Rowen comes from an athletic background, having experience both as an athlete and a coach for several sports. She enjoys working with people to train towards better fitness, whether that includes sports and competition, a new occupational fitness goal, or general health and wellness. In her free time, Rowen likes to swim, hike, ski and kayak, and is looking forward to exploring the island as much as possible!
