FORCE Foundations Class

Structured training sessions for the needs of CAF members to pass the FORCE Evaluation and to maintain operational readiness. This class is also known as the Supplementary Physical Training Program.

Designed to improve strength and endurance, these sessions are great for individuals returning from an injury or those who are looking for additional guidance to excel. Actively serving military can drop in on this circuit style, high intensity class focused on test components to prepare for their next FORCE Evaluation.

No pre-registration required!

This class is MILITARY ONLY 
Practice tests typically occur twice a month at 2:30pm.
