Get an awesome workout without impact with Alana! This class is designed to improve your muscle strength, cardiovascular fitness, range of motion, posture & flexibility while using the resistance of the water. All while having fun moving to great music! Buoyancy belts and/or Pool Noodles are provided to ensure proper focus on safe, effective body alignment while working your deep core muscles the entire class! No swimming skills are required, other than feeling comfortable in deep water with the use of a buoyancy belt.
Shallow water option available, instructor teaches from deep end.
All fitness levels and ages welcome.
