Mess Clearance Procedures

If you need a signature from the mess office on your military clearance form, please send an email to GarrisonTorontoMesses@cfmws.com. Attach your Military Clearance form and ensure the email subject line follows the required format:

Type of clearance - Your last name - Last 3 digits of your Service number - YYMM:

• Example for Sgt DOE with service number A12345678 Out-Clearance in September 2022: OUT-DOE678-2209
• Example for Sgt DOE with service number A12345678 In-Clearance: IN-DOE678-2209
• Example for Sgt DOE with service number A12345678 Change Unit or promotion: TRA-DOE678-2209
