Associate Member Application

1. Complete and sign the Application Form
2. Find a current mess member in good standing to sponsor your membership. Require signature on application. 
3. Submit the application for review by the PMC. If approved temporarily by PMC, it will be forwarded to the Mess Committee and presented at next Annual General Meeting (AGM) for distribution and voting.
4. Regarding payment, associate members are required to pay their membership fee either in advance or monthly via pre-authorized credit/debit card payments. Please note that no credit card or prefund is provided for period when members are not in this location.
