Military Fitness Drop-In Classes

The PSP Fitness and Sport staff are introducing 3 different early morning drop-in classes for CAF members.

WEDNESDAY WOD

A combination of weightlifting, cardio, and functional movements to build strength, endurance, and power. Every session is unique and will challenge you. All levels welcomed!

FRIDAY MOBILITY

This session is designed to maintain readiness, improve joint health, and support operational performance. A steady, practical way to prepare your body for the demands of service. These classes are suitable for all fitness levels and aim to reduce injury risk and improve everyday function.
