PROGRAM 1 - “FAMILY TIME” (“TINYTYKES”)
- Time: 3:45-4:45 PM
- Ages 4-6
This parent-and-child session introduces young players to tennis through fun, movement-based activities. The focus is on developing gross motor skills—running, jumping, throwing, and catching—while learning the ABCs of tennis in a playful environment.
Children will explore body awareness using activities such as floor tennis, guiding the ball, relays, and simple games. Parents participate alongside their child, supporting instructors and sharing in the learning experience.
Each session includes:
- A fun warm-up
- Skill development and practice
- Game-based activities
PROGRAM 2 - , “WEEKEND WARRIORS”(“RALLY, SERVE, SCORE”)
- Time: 5:00-6:00 PM
- Ages 7-9
This session focuses on building tennis fundamentals using red nets and red or foam balls. Participants develop rallying and serving skills while learning how to play points in real game situations. Children progress from throw tennis to self-rallying, then to rallying over the net with a partner and starting points with a serve.

- Game play
