Fleet Support Accounting staff provides NPP financial governance, accounting, and management services to RCN ships. This includes but is not limited to:  

• NPP Governance
• Finance Services
• NPP Finance Resources
• Bookkeeping Services through PROPHET accounting system
• Training/Education
• Ashore accounting offices located in HMC Dockyard, Building D-166, Room 124
• Additional services with advanced approval through both CFMWS and by the RCN Comptroller

Fleet Support Operations staff provides NPP Personnel Support Program (PSP) governance and services to RCN ships. This includes but is not limited to:

• PSP Governance
• Dedicated learning advice
• Administrative Tools (catalogue of standard NPP goods for Ship Exchange procurement)
• Procurement Services
• Warehouse and Inventory Management Services 
• Point of Sale Services and Support
• Ashore operations and procurement offices located in HMC Dockyard, Building D-166, Room 124
• Additional services with advanced approval through both CFMWS and by the RCN Comptroller
