Bagotville - Fitness training and development

  • Perfecting your running
    • The aim of this workshop is to give participants the tools to better manage their running training while being able to listen to themselves to prevent persistent injuries.
  • Practical training level 1
    • Among the military personnel who called on the adapted fitness service between April 2016 and March 2017, 50% had to be treated for a knee or back injury. As these joints are used extensively during lifting movements, the aim of this training for military personnel is to teach / optimize the correct techniques in relation to physical training and lifting. In particular, we have targeted two essential movements: the deadlift and the squat.
