Laughing Through It is a group for caregivers of Veteran and serving members who are coping with occupational stress injuries. We will be supporting each other through conversation and when in doubt, laughing through it. Benefits of a support group like this is to hear shared experiences and to know that you are not alone. You may even build empathy and understanding of others and improve your own coping skills.

This month we will be reflecting on our experiences to lead to better future choices. Registration is not required.
