Centre Castor

The Centre Castor is the ideal venue for outdoor activities and receptions of all kinds. Located on Base Valcartier, the centre offers a wide range of facilities and services.  Accessible to the general public, come and practise your favourite sport such as golf, cross-country skiing, mountain biking and much more, all in harmony with the surrounding nature. 

The centre also offers catering and hall rental services. Whether for a business meeting, a wedding or any other social activity. For your event, we offer professionalism and excellent cuisine, in a warm, contemporary setting.

Summer and winter activities are numerous and varied. Initially designed for Canadian Forces personnel and retirees, they are now open to the general public.

Road access

Take Autoroute Henri-IV / Autoroute 573 N 

Turn right at Rue de Montolieu (Léo-Major) / QC-371 N 

Turn left at Boulevard Valcartier / QC-371 N 

Continue on QC-371 N until you reach the Valcartier military base.

Enter the base; Centre Castor is 500 m from the gatehouse on your left.
