Restaurant Centre Castor Valcartier
The Centre Castor restaurant can accommodate up to 180 people. Its vast dining room, complete with a fireplace, charms with its warm and contemporary decor combining wood and stone. Large windows offer a breathtaking view of the golf course. A huge covered terrace is adjacent.

Fridays Brunch

Every Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Restaurant opening hours

Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Breakfast: 7:30 am to 10:30 a.m. (Friday's Brunch ends à 10:00 a.m.)

Lunch: 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
