Restaurant Centre Castor Valcartier
The Centre Castor restaurant can accommodate up to 180 people. Its vast dining room, complete with a fireplace, charms with its warm and contemporary decor combining wood and stone. Large windows offer a breathtaking view of the golf course. A huge covered terrace is adjacent.

Restaurant opening hours

  • Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday: Closed (Will open in June, date to be determine)

Bar hours:

  • Bar Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (depending on the number of customers)
  • Bar Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 am to 6:00 pm (depending on the number of customers)

Fridays Brunch

Every Friday from 7:30 am to 10:30 am (Until June 19, 2026)
