Arrival and Departure Details

Check-in Time

• Monday through Friday between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
• Please check in at the Outdoor Welcome Centre counter

Check-out Time 

• The latest check-out time is 11:00 a.m. for all guests.

Late Check-out

• Subject to availability, a late check-out may be requested at a rate of $8.70 + tax per additional hour.

1. Go to the Outdoor Welcome Centre's desk to check in.
2. Our receptionist will review your entire reservation.
3. You will be asked to pay the remaining balance for your rental.
4. Our receptionist will also answer your questions and direct you for your stay.
5. We will also provide you with arrival and departure procedures as well as various operating procedures for the site.

LATE ARRIVAL OR INDEPENDENT ARRIVAL PROCEDURE                                              

• You will receive an email explaining the procedure for arriving outside the opening hours of the Outdoor Welcome Centre..                                                                                                    
• The balance of your rental must be paid before arrival according to the terms of your rental contract.        

During the winter season,

• One sled per lodging unit is provided to guests for transporting luggage to their lodging.
• It is handed over at the reception desk upon arrival.
• Please return the sled to the Outdoor Welcome Centre staff at the end of your stay.

During the summer season

• One cart per accommodation unit is provided for guests to transport their luggage to their accommodation.
• It is handed over at the Outdoor Welcome Centre upon your arrival.
• Please return the cart to the reception staff at the end of your stay.
