Arrival / Departure Details

We guarantee the availability of your ready-to-camp from 2pm

STANDARD ARRIVAL TIMES        

WINTER SEASON / OCTOBER TO MAY                                     
The standard arrival time is between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm for all tenants.                            

SUMMER SEASON / JUNE TO SEPTEMBER              
The standard arrival time is between 2pm and 7pm for all tenants.    

DEPARTURE TIME 

The maximum departure time is 11:00 am for all tenants. A fee of $8.70/hr will be charged if the accommodation is not vacated.   

You may use the facilities, activities and trails of the Beaver Center for the entire day of departure. 
                                                                                         
LATE DEPARTURE                                                                                               
Depending on availability, a late check-out may be requested at a rate of $8.70 + taxes /hour.                
   
STANDARD ARRIVAL PROCEDURE                                                    
Go to the Centre Castor reception desk to check in. Our receptionist will review your entire reservation. You will be asked to pay the remaining balance for your rental. Our receptionist will also answer your questions and direct you for your stay. We will also provide you with arrival and departure procedures as well as various operating procedures for the site. We wish you a pleasant stay.                                
                       
LATE ARRIVAL OR INDEPENDENT ARRIVAL PROCEDURE                                              
You will receive an email explaining the procedure for arriving outside the opening hours of the Centre Castor reception. Only the clients who have mentioned in the contract that they want to take advantage of the late arrival or autonomous arrival will be able to benefit from this service.                                                                                                    
                                                                                                               
The balance of your rental must be paid before arrival according to the terms of your rental contract.
