Cours Details
Series of three 2-hour classes to progress across the board. The first session will focus on laying the foundations for healthy, long-term progress and preparing for sessions two and three. The second session will cover the basics of jumping and offer an introduction to jumps, so you can get comfortable with your wheels leaving the ground and gain confidence in a safe environment! The third session will cover the elements of riding on technical terrain, to make you skilled and confident on unstable, steep surfaces and on a variety of obstacles such as rocks, roots, flat turns, etc.! The cyclist should be comfortable on most blue trails.
