Reservation policies

No choice of accommodation is guaranteed. The management reserves the right to modify the accommodation for your stay at any time, while maintaining the same conditions and rates as the original reservation.

RESERVATION

  • Online at any time using the link on this page.
  • By telephone, by calling 418.844.3272, during the usual opening hours of the Castor center.
  • Reservation for 2-nights minimum at any time

DEPOSITS

  • A 30% deposit is payable at the time of booking.
  • A security deposit of $250.

A bank pre-authorization of $250 will be made upon your arrival by credit card as a security deposit. The pre-authorization will be released automatically by the banking institution 10 working days after the tenant's departure, if the yurt is returned in the same condition as when it was received (clean AND without any breakages). The security deposit will be used for any damage to the accommodation or furniture or for the payment of other expenses incurred during the stay by the tenant. If incidental expenses such as the minibar or other items are to be charged to your account after your departure, they will be deducted from your security deposit.

CONFIRMATION

You will receive a confirmation email from Campin.ca within minutes of making your reservation.

If you have not received your reservation number, please contact us at 418.844.3272 to confirm that the original reservation has been completed.

MODIFICATION / CANCELLATION

No modification OR REFUND on reservations made 14 days prior to arrival. Unless you have Reservation Insurance.

PASSPORT REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING

You must provide a copy of your passport when you make your reservation. If this is not possible, you must send us a photo of your passport(s). These documents will be used as a deposit and as confirmation. They will be added to your file. Make sure that the photo(s) are enlarged enough for the validation code to be clearly visible.

REQUESTING YOUR PASSPORT

The passport will be requested 14 days before your arrival as a deposit. Please note that at this stage (14 days before arrival), no changes can be made to your reservation.

EXPIRED PASS

If the expiry date has passed, we will offer you a credit on your reservation for the initial purchase amount of your pass.
