Stronger Together: A DBT Skills Series for Adults from Military Families

Participants will learn and practice DBT skills across four modules:
•Week 1: Mindfulness and Staying Grounded / May 5 / 6:30-8:00 PM
•Week 2: Emotion Regulation and Understanding Feelings / May 12 / 6:30-8:00 PM
•Week 3: Distress Tolerance and Coping in Crisis / May 19 / 6:30-8:00 PM
•Week 4: Interpersonal Effectiveness and Finding Balance / May 26 / 6:30-8:00 PM
Each session is 90 minutes and includes guided instruction, group discussion, and at-home family practice activities. The series promotes connection, calm, and emotional strength in the face of military-related stressors such as deployment, relocation, and reintegration.
This program is available at no cost to adults ages 18+ from Military families. There is no cost to participate.
Participants are welcome to register for each session they are interested in attending and do not need to attend the entire series.
