Unleash your creativity, explore your emotions, and find a moment of mindfulness in this engaging series of three workshops designed for adults from Military and Veteran families ages 18+. No prior art or baking experience is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to get a little messy!
You can choose to attend all three sessions or just one and there is no cost to participate.
-
May 28 / 5:30 – 7 PM: Visual Journaling - Dive into different art techniques to express emotions, explore your dreams, and embrace your authentic creativity in a judgment-free space.
-
June 4 / 5:30 – 7 PM: Mindful Bread Making - Experience the calming process of bread-making while incorporating mindfulness techniques—knead, breathe, and bake your way to a more centered self.
-
June 11 / 5:30 – 7 PM: Emotion Mapping - Discover how to identify, label, and visualize your emotional experiences through creative expression, helping you build self-awareness and emotional resilience.
