Summer fun and programs

Many regular programs start back up in the fall. With in-person and virtual programming, there is something for everyone! In summertime,connect with the military family community at the outdoor pool and splash pad (open from 06:00 to 22:00 daily) at Uplands.

All year, MFS-NCR is a safe and welcoming space for our diverse community of CAF-connected people. We look forward to connecting with you any time to discuss your unique journey and share insights for your time in NCR.

Workshops with Health Promotion

September 18: Healthy Eating for Busy Families. Evening Workshop at Uplands with FREE Childcare!

Join PSP Health Promotion for a 2-hour skill-building workshop where we’ll look at Canada’s heathy plate model, review the new food label, look at planning meals and snacks for home, school or work and review tips for eating on the run. Reserved for CAF members and families.

Interactive children's activities led by the PSP Recreation team will keep your little ones engaged while you learn! Dinner is provided for all!
