Join the PSP Ottawa-Gatineau Health Promotion team for an in-person skill-building workshop and make your health a priority! These workshops are offered at no cost to CAF members and their family members (18+). DND civilian employees and NPF employees may participate if space is available.

Free Parking at NDHQ (Carling) will be provided to the first 10 CAF members to register for, and confirm, their attendance to a Health Promotion workshop. Valid only on the day of your workshop, and only for workshops delivered at NDHQ (Carling).
