Health Promotion Briefing Description:
Effective Communication at Home - Join PSP Health Promotion for a short skill-building workshop to help deal with conflict and improve communication in personal relationships. We’ll be discussing where conflict comes from and how to use it as an opportunity to build trust and stronger relationships by using effective communication skills when discussing difficult issues.
PSP Recreation Childcare:
Interactive children's activities led by the PSP Recreation team will keep your little ones engaged while you learn!
Please Note:
• Dinner provided for the adults and kids.
• Participating children must be between the ages of 4 and 12 years.
• Register early as spaces are limited!
• Once registered, look for an email from PSP Health Promotion where you’ll be asked to specify the ages of any children attending and identify any dietary allergies to complete your registration.
