Beginner Self-Defence Program

PSP is proud to introduce a new 8-week beginner self-defence program! Designed for individuals who are starting from scratch and want to feel safer and more prepared in everyday situations.

Join our beginner self-defence program this February to learn practical, easy-to-remember skills focused on awareness, prevention, and simple techniques for real-life situations. Training is supportive and non-intimidating, with a pace designed to build confidence week by week.

No previous experience is required. All that is needed is the desire to feel more confident and prepared.

Schedule

  • Women-Only Class: Tuesday, 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
  • Mixed Class: Thursday, 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
  • Location: NDHQ, Carling Campus (60 Moodie Dr, Nepean)

    • Awareness and prevention

    • Practical self-defence techniques

    • Confidence-building in a supportive environment

Additional Information

  • Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle.
