Join our beginner self-defence program this February to learn practical, easy-to-remember skills focused on awareness, prevention, and simple techniques for real-life situations. Training is supportive and non-intimidating, with a pace designed to build confidence week by week.
No previous experience is required. All that is needed is the desire to feel more confident and prepared.

- Women-Only Class: Tuesday, 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
- Mixed Class: Thursday, 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
- Location: NDHQ, Carling Campus (60 Moodie Dr, Nepean)
