How to Participate

1) Download the GooseChase app from the App Store (for Apple products) or Google Play Store (for Android products).

2) Create an account in the app.

3) Fill out the online registration form (click here).  Once submitted, you will receive an email with further instructions on how to join Health Promotion’s Wild Goose Chase.

4) All registration forms submitted must include first and last name, app username, and contact information i.e. email and/or telephone number.

5) The Challenge starts June 12th, 2023 and ends at July 7th, 2023.  During the challenge period, participants will be required to monitor and complete challenges to earn points.

6) In order to be eligible to win the “Most Points” prize, participants’ minimum point requirements are 10,000.
