Healthy Coping Strategies Workshop

Join us for a presentation from our MFRC Mental Health and Wellness Team to discover healthy coping strategies to support your emotional well-being during the holidays while being separated from your loved one or family. From mindfulness and meditation to creative expression and social connections, this session will provide practical tools to help you manage emotions, reduce stress, and enhance your ability to thrive in challenging times. Activities include sipping hot chocolate and learning healthy coping strategies through meditation and crafts.
