Building Connections

Connecting and building a supportive network with others can improve your overall health and well-being. Join us for an opportunity for self-growth, reflection and community building as we gather in a safe space to discuss the challenges and emotions we may face before, during and after a loved one’s absence. In this session, parents/caregivers are invited to bring their little ones (ages 0-5) and connect with other members of the military community who are experiencing a work-related absence or deployment. The space includes a play corner, snack and refreshment area, and outdoor playground (weather permitting).
