Contest Rules – Member Experience Survey

  1. This contest is open to those who have attained the age of majority as of January 1, 2026.  
  2. The contest will run from January 26, 2026 to April 27, 2026 11:59 pm ET (to a maximum of 2,000 participants). Eligibility for this contest is limited to those members who have used the services within the past 12 months. Members are not eligible for the draw if the survey is not completed in its entirety.
  3. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the contest.
  4. Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS), including PSP, MFS SISIP, CANEX and CF One, is not collecting or storing any information other than that which the user provides in the survey form.
  5. Contest entrants must provide their full name, a valid email address in the survey form in order to enter the contest. Contest entrants consent to being contacted via email by CFMWS with entry confirmation. 
  6. Eligible participants may submit only one entry per email address to the contest by completing the contest survey.
  7. Prizes to be awarded consist of one (1) of three (3) one of three Airpod Pro 3 valued at $330 or one (1) iPad 11th Gen valued at $500. The prize must be accepted as awarded. The prize has no cash value. Should the prize not be available at the time of the draw, a prize of equivalent or greater value will be substituted by CFMWS.
  8. All entries must be received via entry submission through the survey completion by April 27, 2026. On April 27, 2026, at approximately 14:00 (ET) hours, four entries will be chosen randomly from all entries submitted. Each selected entry will be subject to verification to ensure the contest entrant has a valid email address. The odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries received before the contest closes.
  9. If the winner cannot be contacted by email by the close of business on May 25, 2026, a new entry will be randomly drawn. If the winner is contacted and cannot be verified, a new entry will be randomly drawn.
  10. To claim the prize, the eligible winner must correctly answer a timed, mathematical skill-testing question administered by email.
  11. All contest entries become property of CFMWS.
  12. Employees, agents and representatives of Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS) as well as any persons with whom they reside, may not participate in the contest.
  13. CFMWS assumes no responsibility or liability for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
  14. CFMWS is not responsible for any loss, damage, or claims caused by the awarded prizes or the contest itself. By entering, entrants release and hold harmless CFMWS, its affiliated and related companies and advertising, promotion agencies and all of their respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or any prize won.
  15. All draws are final.  By entering the contest, the entrant automatically agrees to accept and abide by these contest rules and regulations.

Limitations of Liability

All information provided by participating contest entrants must be complete and accurate. CFMWS or any sponsors will not be held responsible for any late / incomplete / erroneously sent prize claim. Any and all incomplete, distorted, late and reproduced contest entry will be annulled and will void eligibility for prize claim.
 
CFMWS assumes no responsibility or liability for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
 
By participating or attempting to participate in the present contest, all individuals release the contest organizers, their employees, agents and representatives from any damage that could be incurred due to their participation or attempted participation in the contest.

Quebec Residents

Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcohols, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
