The Club has been operating for over 50 years.  With our extensive scope of operations, we have developed sophisticated Constitution and Bylaw documents to ensure we maintain full transparency in all our operations and a great service to the Wing Community!

Overview of Major Bylaws changes for 2026 AGM:

  • - para 17 (page 5) - Associate members. The intent is to ensure that an associate member has a valid Regular member as a sponsor (if a member leaves the club and was acting as a sponsor for an associate, we identify a new sponsor for that associate).

  • - para 60 (page 15) - add HMCS QUADRA gate procedure
