Show Tours

a concert

Show Tours have played a significant role in the history of Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) offering an important platform showcasing the talents of popular Canadian entertainers while fostering national pride.

Our primary goal is to design a Show Tour that helps to uplift, entertain and motivate our troops while showing our deep appreciation for their service and bring a piece of Canada wherever they are deployed.

Our team at Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS) is responsible for organizing a Show Tour that aligns with the specific needs of the military setting.  This could be sending Canadian musicians to perform at a small land-based mission in northern Canada or on a Royal Canadian Navy ship in South Korea.

We are looking for talented Canadian music artists to provide an uplifting and engaging live musical performance.

Deadline: Currently not accepting submissions

The selected artist will perform a live show in front of approx. 200-2,000 military personnel and allied forces members and are expected to deliver a high-quality musical performance.

We ask that the artists provided can meet the following requirements:

  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and respect for the military personnel, staff and any other individuals involved in the Show Tour. This includes adhering to military protocols and being mindful of the nature of the event.
  • Participate in a meet-and greet with the troops through a military base tour, some specialized units and/or join the military troops for a meal.
