Little People, Big Emotions Workshop with Mary Hewitt
Do you want to deepen your understanding of children's BIG emotions & ways you can effectively respond? If so, this is the workshop for you!

Come join Early Childhood Specialist, Mary Hewitt MPEd (ECE), for an evening dedicated to learning about children's emotions AND the how you can access 'Conscious Attunement' as a means to support children through difficult moments.
This workshop will explore:
-What are Emotions and where do they come from?
-What is the body's physiological response to BIG emotions?
-A deep-dive into our own individual relationship with BIG emotions
-How 'Conscious Attunement' can lead to 'True Connection' and how to support children from a place of calm
-The impact of 'Sensory-Shifting' when very BIG emotions arise in children
-What are 'Smoke Signals' and the important role they play in addressing BIG emotions?
