Feelings in Focus - Create your own toolkit for calm and confidence (Ages 13-17)
This free in-person workshop is open to teens ages 13-17 from Military families and will take place at the South Side Community Centre (1578 Wolfe Ave). All materials are provided by PMFRC.

Is your teen feeling overwhelmed? Struggling with stress or anxiety? They are not alone. They can join the PMFRC Mental Health Team for a hands-on workshop designed to help teens (ages 13-17) develop self-regulation skills and build a personalized emotional toolkit to take home.
What to Expect:
