Teen Totes
Each person’s path towards wellness is unique; some turn to physical activity to find their way, while others may focus on creative expressions, and then there are others who prefer relaxation.
With that variety in mind, and thanks to a generous donation from Lockheed Martin, Military Family Services in the National Capital Region (MFS-NCR) is thrilled to be offering Teen Totes; wellness kits for youth based on three distinct themes.
NCR CAF family youth (age 13 to 18) can register for a themed tote packed with items that help promote wellness and calm. Themes: Creative Expression, Physical Health, Rest & Relaxation.
