1 Wing hosted The Black-Tie Bivouac: A Centennial Celebration of Aviation presented by Bell Textron Canada in Kingston, Ontario, on 24 May 2024, at the Junior Ranks' Mess. This event commemorated the 100th anniversary of the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF), while highlighting the history of Tactical Aviation.
