Stronger Relationships

In this session, we’ll explore how attachment shapes the way partners and couples respond to distance, stress, and uncertainty during deployment. Participants will learn their own attachment style and practical strategies to strengthen connection, grow communication, and maintain emotional closeness throughout the deployment cycle.

Open to: Adult couples (18+) from CAF families preparing for or experiencing a deployment or work-related absence 

Child care will be available for program participants with children. Registration is required, and space is limited. Participants must indicate their need for child programming upon registering for the program. Please note, registration for child programming is not confirmed until you have received official confirmation from an MFRC staff member. The MFRC will confirm your child(ren)’s spot based on availability.
