Standard First Aid, CPR Level C & AED

Are you looking to get certified in First Aid, AED & CPR?

This two-day course through the Heart and Stroke Foundation, offered in partnership with First Choice First Aid, will teach you how to recognize and provide intervention for life threatening emergencies until medical help arrives (choking, shock, unconsciousness, severe bleeding, wound care, CPR for adult casualties and resuscitation for infants and children). It also includes a brief component on Mental Health Awareness. 

 

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a digital certificate. Printed copies of certificates can be requested for an additional $5.00.

 

Date: February 28 and March 1, 2026 (must attend both days) 

Time:  8:00am – 5:00pm, both days

Cost: $120 per person, paid in advance

Open to: Adults and children 12+ years of age from CAF, Veteran, Defence Community families and Families of the Fallen

 

Cancellation Policy:

Participants will not be permitted into class 15 minutes after the start time of the class and will have to rebook. Participants are eligible for a 100% refund if they formally withdraw at least eight (8) days prior to the class start date. A $60 administrative fee will be charged on withdraws after eight (8) days prior to the class start date. Participants may formally transfer to another class any time up to eight (8) days prior to their class start date at no charge. A $60 non-refundable administrative fee will be charged on transfers after eight (8) days prior to the start of class. Participants who fail to attend their class, are considered a No Show, and will forfeit their registration fees.
