Pathways to Thrive - Children with Disabilities Early Childhood Intervention Session

Join us for a presentation by Transitions on their Early Childhood Intervention and Family Services Program aimed to help every child reach their fullest potential and enhance their ability to thrive.

Parents/Caregivers of children and youth with developmental disabilities from birth up to 3 ½ years of age will learn how to better understand their child’s development, build essential skills, navigate valuable resources, and gain support in accessing respite, community and personal care aides, and/or work related and behavioral consultation.

Child care will be available for program participants. Registration is required, and space is limited. Participants must indicate their need for child programming upon registering for the program. Please note, registration for child programming is not confirmed until you have received official confirmation from an MFRC staff member. The MFRC will confirm your child(ren)’s spot based on availability.
