This session will be delivered by occupational and behaviour therapists and will include practical strategies to support children’s overall well-being, relationships, and success at home and in school. Parents/caregivers will also have the opportunity to ask questions and come together in a welcoming space to connect with other families, share experiences and grow as a community.

Child care will be available for program participants with children ages 1–5. Registration is required, and space is limited. Participants must indicate their need for child programming upon registering for the program. Please note, registration for child programming is not confirmed until you have received official confirmation from an MFRC staff member. The MFRC will confirm your child(ren)’s spot based on availability.
