2026 SPORTS CAMP DATES
24-29 August 2026
Early Registration for military families will open 1 May 2026 @ 9AM PDT until 7 May 2026
- Parent/guardian is/was a member of the Armed Forces (Regular/Reserves/Veteran)
- Submissions from non-military families during early registration will be prioritized after general registration submissions
General Registration will open 8 May 2025 between 9:00AM to 9:30AM PDT
- priority will be given to military families and previous camp registrants
- registrations will be processed after May 31st with payment instructions
- for families with multiple kids will be processed by the date/time of the first registration submitted

2025 Sports Camp Prices (*2026 rates have not been confirmed)
Military Families:
$300* (taxes not included)
Civilians:
$375* (taxes not included)
Please note: if you have more than one child registered you will receive a $50 discount per child.
Payments
An automated confirmation e-mail is sent by the system a few minutes after you submit your registration information.
Registration requests are sent first to military families and camp alumni, in the order in which they are received.
All registrants will be contacted after May 31 with payment details. Payment arrangements will be coordinated with PSP staff at the 19 Wing Fitness and Community Centre.
For registrations submitted after May 31, please allow two to three business days for your registration details to be processed.
Age Grouping *
- GOALIES - (boys) 7-13 years old & (girls) 7-14 years old
- PLAYERS - (boys) 7-13 years old & (girls) 7-14 years old
- Players will be divided up into three groups based on age and ability
* Ages are determined by player's age on August 1st of this year
Camp Schedules
Sample registration form details:
- Player's name and date of birth
- Jersey size
- Additional details/comments
- Coaches will receive an emergency contact sheet containing:
- Parent/Guardian's address and contact information
- BC Health Card #
- Health concerns/allergies/medications
- Daytime non-emergency telephone number
- Emergency contact details
Lunch Package (optional) *2026 rates have not been confirmed
Arrangements have been made (Jet Stream Cafe) to offer a daily hot lunch Monday to Friday for an additional cost of $70+tax per child. Payment will be paid with the registration fee through PSP.
Dates: Monday to Friday.
Total cost: $70 per child (+ GST)
Payment for lunch must be made in advance before the end of July.
Vegetarian option not available.
A gluten-friendly option will be available for those who need it.
Lunch coupons will be distributed Monday morning at camp by team coaches.

- Jumbo hot dog (with fresh fruit and bag of chips)
- Macaroni and cheese (with farmer sausage, a veggie cup, and a frozen desert)
- Homemade chili (with a bun and fresh fruit)
- Chicken Salad Sandwiches (with homemade cookies and fresh fruit)
- Taco salad (with chips and a frozen desert)
** Please note that this menu may be updated as needed to address unexpected changes or to meet the dietary needs of children with allergies. We at Jet Stream Cafe look forward to cooking up a storm for all the hungry hockey players!
* On Saturday, 29th August 2026, the café will be open from 7:30am - 1pm with hot and cold drinks and a variety of tasty treats while you watch the game.
