This framework aims to ensure that volunteer contributions are effectively integrated, managed, and utilized to support the diverse needs and operations of CFMWS, enhancing the overall morale and welfare of Canadian Forces members and their families both national and international.

The risks of non-compliance with the National Volunteer Policy is:
- Legal action against CFMWS (lawsuits). Failure to adhere to the policy could result in legal challenges, potentially leading to costly lawsuits and legal penalties.

National volunteer personal information is collected by each location and will be securely stored on-site in an electronic file format until a national database software is implemented.

Is there going to be a CFMWS National Volunteer database to store all the information collected so it can be accessed by all of CFMWS?
Yes, the objective is to establish a National Volunteer database to store and track all volunteer data. Updates and details will be shared as they become available.
