Space allocation procedure
The contract runs for one year, from October 1st to September 30.
Lots still available for 2024-2025- Anyone interested in a parking space for 2024-2025 can fill out this form now.
- All requests for parking spaces received by August 31, 2024 will be given priority in September, according to the order of priority.
- Site requests received on or after September 1, 2024 will be processed once all other requests have been completed.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all documentation is up to date: registration, insurance, etc.
- Incomplete applications will be systematically refused. (As an example, documentation expires).

Parking Priority
In order to fulfill the mandate of parking lots for recreational vehicles and other equipment, priority is given to certain members
Regular Member
i.
Priority 1
Regular Force members living in garrison accommodation (married quarters or bachelor quarters)
ii.
Priority 2
Other Regular Force members;
iii.
Priority 3
Military reservists with a Class C or B contract of more than 180 days; and
iv.
Priority 4
Retired CF members, Veterans.
Ordinary Member
i.
Priority 5
DND employees and current NPF, VMFRC, DRDC, STC and DCC employees ;
ii.
Priority 6
Active member of the RCMP;
iii.
Priority 7
Retired NPF and CAF employees in receipt of a pension;
iv.
Priority 8
Retired DND civil servants in receipt of a pension; and
v.
Priority 9
Retired RCMP members in receipt of a pension.

Conditions of occupancy
To obtain and keep a parking space, the person must meet the following criteria:
1. Be a person named in paragraph 3 of this policy;
2. Provide proof of current vehicle insurance;
3. Use the assigned lot with a vehicle that is the property of the applicant or its dependencies;
4. Provide proof of current vehicle registration;
5. Keep your lot clean and tidy;
6. Do not store any petroleum products;
7. Respect parking lot boundaries;
8. Dispose of all waste in the appropriate areas;
9. Make sure the gate is locked when you leave and that the keys are in the designated place on each base or garrison.
Anyone caught breaking these rules for the first time will have 24 hours to remedy the situation and will be offered a second chance. If the same person breaks the rules for the second time, he or she will be asked to leave the premises with his or her equipment within five days of the second warning.
Any person failing to comply with these rules may be denied the privilege of parking a vehicle in the designated parking area, without reimbursement. -

Parking lots access
- To gain access to the parking lot, the person holding the parking contract, or the person authorized on file, must go to the Sports Centre reception desk with a piece of identification.
- Once the file has been checked, reception staff will issue the parking key.
- The key must be returned to the Sports Centre reception desk as soon as possible to facilitate the comings and goings of all holders.

Snow removal
Please note that access to the parking lot is limited during the winter, as it is not cleared of snow.
