SPACE ALLOCATION AND CONTRACT SIGNATURE

 The contract runs for one year, from October 1 to September 30.

  Lots are still available for 2024-2025.

 People wishing to have a parking space for 2024-2025 can fill out this form now. 

All requests for parking spaces received by August 31, 2024 will be given priority in September, according to the order of priority.

Site requests received on or after September 1, 2024 will be processed once all other requests have been completed.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all documentation is up to date: registration, insurance, driver's license, etc.

Any incomplete application will be systematically refused. (As an example, expired documentation).

 PARKING PRIORITY

 In order to fulfill our parking mandate for recreational vehicles and other equipment, priority is given to certain members:

Regular member

i.

Priority
 1 

Regular Force members residing in accommodation on the garrison (married quarters or single quarters) Free of charge;

ii.

Priority 2  

Other Regular Force members;

iii.

Priority
 3  

Reserve Members with a Class B or C contract of more than 180 days; and

iv.

Priority 4

Retired CAF, Veterans Affairs.

Ordinary Member

i.

Priority
 5

 Current employees of DND, NPF, MFRC, DRDC, CST and DCC;

ii.

Priority
 6

 Active RCMP Members;

iii.

Priority
 7

 Retired employees of NPF and CF personnel in receipt of a pension;

iv.

Priority
 8 

 Retired DND employees in receipt of a pension; and

v.

Priority
 9  

Retired RCMP members in receipt of a pension.

OCCUPANCY CONDITIONS

 To obtain and keep a parking space, a person must meet the following criteria:

 1. Be a person named in paragraph 3 of this policy;

 2. Provide proof of current vehicle insurance;

 3. Use the assigned lot with a vehicle owned by the applicant or its dependents;

 4. Provide proof of current vehicle registration;

 5. Keep your lot clean and tidy;

 6. Do not store any petroleum products;

 7. Respect parking lot boundaries;

 8. Dispose of all waste in the appropriate areas;

 9. Make sure the gate is locked when you leave and that the keys are in the designated place on each base or garrison.

 Any person who fails to comply with these regulations may have the privilege of parking a vehicle in the designated parking lot withdrawn, without reimbursement.

CONTRACT SIGNATURE AND PAYMENT
 Any person found not to comply with these regulations for the first time will have 24 hours to remedy the situation and will be given a second chance. If they do not comply with the regulations for a second time, they will be asked to leave the premises with their equipment within five days of the second warning.

SNOW REMOVAL
 Please note that access to the parking lot is limited during the winter period as it is not cleared of snow.

ACCESS TO PARKING/KEYS
 In order to have access to the parking lot, the person who is responsible for the parking contract, or the person authorized on file, must go to the Sports Centre reception desk with an ID card. Following verification, the reception staff will provide the parking key.
 The key must be returned to the Sports Centre reception desk as soon as possible (same day and during business hours) to accommodate the comings and goings of all cardholders.
