💙 Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST)

ASIST is a two-day workshop that teaches participants how to recognize when someone may be thinking about suicide and how to support them in creating a plan for immediate safety. No formal training is required to attend. Anyone 18 years or older can learn and use the ASIST model to help support others.
