In high-stress workplaces, “giving” isn’t just generosity—it’s a practical strategy that strengthens readiness, hope, and team cohesion. In this interactive session, Jessie uses recreation therapy-informed micro-interventions to show how intentional leisure (recovery skills, connection, and meaning) can reduce friction, prevent burnout, sustain performance—while leaving participants with a clear, realistic plan they can use immediately.
