PSP Recreation Summer Camp in the NCR

Join PSP Recreation for a summer of fun, excitement and adventure! We are excited to welcome campers from 4 – 12 years old! Summer camp runs daily Monday – Friday (except statutory holidays) from 0800 – 1600 at the Uplands Military Community Centre (330 Croil Pvt. Bldg 471) Early drop off (0700 – 0800) and late pick up (1600 – 1700) available (additional charges may apply).

Our PSP Summer Camp program offers campers an opportunity to connect and build friendships and have fun in a safe and inclusive environment.

Dates & Weekly Themes

Week 1: July 2-5 - Flying Super Heroes
Fly into summer and show off your super powers! Campers will receive super hero training, figure out their superpowers and bounce around on an outdoor inflatable structure.
Week 2: July 8-12 - Abra Kadabra
Spend a magical week with us! Campers will spend time with a magician and will enjoy a real magic show. We’ll be ending the week with a magical treat!
Week 3: July 15-19 - Mad Science
Grab your lab coat and get ready to be amazed by the world of science! . Join us for a week of experiments, building and a foam party! Our special guests will amaze you with their Mad Science.
Week 4: July 22-26 - Ahoy Matey!
Get your sea legs ready for our pirate themed week! Campers will get to experience a pirate adventure and bounce around on an outdoor inflatable structure.
Week 5: July 29-August 2 - Forest Adventures
Get ready for a week full of woodland fun during our Forest Adventures week! Campers will get a visit from some furry friends and bounce around on our outdoor inflatable structure.
Week 6: August 6-9 - Go Canada Go!
Cheer on team Canada at camp! Campers will get to show off their Canadian pride and skills all week with aour sports inflatable and get to play in a foam pit.
Week 7: August 12-16 - Movin’ and Groovin’
Get ready for a toe-tapping week during our music filled Movin’ and Groovin’ week!! Campers will find their beat through movement and music! Luv2Groove will get the campers movin’ and the rhythm room will get them groovin’!
Week 8: August 19-23 - Under the Big Top
Come one; come all! Welcome to the PSP Recreation Circus! Campers will try out themed skills and activities and jump around on our outdoor inflatable structure.
Week 9: August 26-30 - All about Art
Show off your creativity with us! Campers will be doing activities that are centered around the arts and get a chance to jump around on our outdoor inflatable structure.

Camp Rates

Five-day week
- Regular Members (CAF regular/ reserve/ retired members and their families): $225 + HST/per child
- Ordinary Members (NPF and DND Civilian Staff, First responders & RCMP): $250 + HST/per child
- Associate (All others): $275 + HST/per child
Four-day week (for camp week 1 and 6 only)
- Regular Members (CAF regular/ reserve/ retired members and their families): $180 + HST/per child
- Ordinary Members (NPF and DND Civilian Staff, First responders & RCMP): $200 + HST/per child
- Associate (All others): $220 + HST/per child
Weekly Early Drop Off Fees (0700 – 0800)
- Regular Member (CAF regular/ reserve/ retired members and their families): Included
- Ordinary Member (NPF and DND Civilian Staff, First responders & RCMP): $10 + HST/per child
- Associate Member (All others): $15 + HST/per child
Weekly Late Pick Up Fees (1600 – 1700)
- Regular Member (CAF regular/ reserve/ retired members and their families): Included
- Ordinary Member (NPF and DND Civilian Staff, First responders & RCMP): $10 + HST/per child
- Associate Member (All others): $15 + HST/per child

Camp Swim Lessons (in addition to camp rates)

Add camp swimming lessons to your summer camp registration. Campers will be grouped according to their age and swim ability.

Five-day week
- Regular Members (CAF regular/ reserve/ retired members and their families): $50 + HST/per child
- Ordinary Members (NPF and DND Civilian Staff, First responders & RCMP): $62.50 + HST/per child
- Associate (All others): $70 + HST/per child
Four-day week
- Regular Members (CAF regular/ reserve/ retired members and their families): $40 + HST/per child
- Ordinary Members (NPF and DND Civilian Staff, First responders & RCMP): $50 + HST/per child
- Associate (All others): $60 + HST/per child

Cancellations and Refund Policy

If PSP Recreation cancels a program, lesson or activity in adherence to provincial and local health authorities’ regulations and guidelines, all fees will be refunded in full.

Camp cancellation and refunds must be requested 2 weeks prior the start date of the week. Refunds and cancelations are subject to a $20 administration fee.

Refunds requested within less than 2 weeks prior the start date of the camp week will not be issued except under extraordinary circumstances and with proof of such circumstance i.e. medical note.

Early Drop-off and Late Pick-Up Policy

In order to plan our staffing schedule, parents wishing to use the Early Drop-off and Late Pick-up must registered their children prior the start of the camp week and pay the applicable fees.

Parents or Guardians who are late to pick up their child(ren) will be charged a fee of $10
