Grow & Glow: Ages 8 - 10 (Goals and Flexible Thinking)

Having a growth mindset and positive self-esteem can help young people blossom through uncertainties associated with the military lifestyle. Through fun-filled, interactive activities, children and youth of military families can learn essential skills to go beyond surviving into thriving through any challenge they may encounter.

The Grow and Glow Series will be offered five times throughout the year, each focusing on a different aspect of Growth Mindset and Positive Self-Esteem. There is no limit on the number of sessions your child/youth can attend. You can register them for one session, or all sessions. Note: Registration for each session/topic will open approximately one month before the session is scheduled to occur
