Get ready to boost your heart health this February with our Heart Health Month Challenge! Track your physical activity throughout the month as a team or individual participant. 

Whether you’re walking, running, cycling, or swimming, everything counts towards a healthier heart. Track your KM or total minutes, log your activity, and get rewarded with a healthier heart and some sweet prizes. Are you up for the challenge?
